Our time in Delaware has come to an end. Time to head back to the West coast. It was wonderful week of family, fun and food.

Well we had ambitious plans to go to the local zoo, but it was just too darn hot. So instead we went to a trampoline extravaganza. It was a blast.

For dinner we had fried chicken and fixings. I should mention Jasmine seemed to be going through a ravenous growth spurt this week, because tonight she ate two burgers plus two pieces of chicken. Sorry vegetables, your day will come soon.

The girls tried out Heather’s backyard tub in the morning. Then we were off to Dover for some mall walking and shopping. After getting some studio photos, we had a fun dinner at Olive Garden. Then we waited for darkness to fall to see some fireworks.

We started the day at a friends pool. Jasmine, Josh, and Savannah splished and splashed.

After lunch we headed to Rehoboth Beach. After the kids got their fill of rides at Funland, some of us walked the boardwalk. It was quite hot out, so we stopped at some shops along the way to cool down. We later met up at a local restaurant for a delicious seafood dinner. I had mussels and shrimp.

I can say we all were tired after today’s excursions, except for baby Jarrod who snuck in some naps.
