A ‘Healthy’ Dinner
We ate a ‘healthy’ dinner at hometown buffet. Ok, it wasn’t exactly healthy as evidence by the cotton candy and jello. But it was certainly colorful. And besides, we had coupons.
New Baby
My sister Heather had a baby boy today – Jarrod. Congrats!
Destiny’s 8th Birthday
We went to Destiny’s birthday at Papa’s Pizza Parlor. There were a lots of kids. They played hard in the playroom and ate pizza, cupcakes, candy, and even icecream. SUGAR!!!
Peter Pan
I chaperoned a school field trip to see the Oregon Children’s Theatre production of Peter Pan. The kids on the bus were very loud – my poor adult ears. I wonder if the bus drivers wear ear plugs or are veterans of many deaf-inducing concerts.
The play was awesome, great sets, costumes, acting, high flying wire rigs, and even elaborate puppets. The pirates were totally into it. They regularly left the stage to mix it up in the audience.
