We finished dinner and were craving some desert. A new candy/icecream palor had opened up nearby, and I had a coupon to try it out. Emily and I shared a banana split. Jasmine had a chocalate cone.

Tucson Vacation: Farewell Lunch
The end of our vacation has arrived. We had a fond farewell lunch together, told stories, and shared laughs.
It was a great trip at an opportune time. Jasmine got to meet her great grandparents, and they got to meet her.
A couple weeks later, my grandpa passed away. I will miss him. He was my mentor, my art instructor, my family.
He told my mom, that he was glad to have met Jasmine, and he sees a special bond between Jasmine and I. Both were nice things to hear.
Tucson Vacation: Snow
So what the heck is going on. We go to ‘sunny’ Tucson for a ‘warm’ vacation and I wake up today to snow in the mountains. What gives? Refund please!
Tucson Vacation: Chill Walk
Brrr. It got cloudy and chilly in Tucson. A rare occurrence for sure. Well at least it’s not snowing.
We decided to go for a walk around the condo. I for one, was still full from overeating at lunch, and thought some exercise would be a good thing.
Tucson Vacation: Lunch at poco and mom
We had lunch at another favorite of ours – Poco and Mom’s Mexican restaurant. They’re famous for their New Mexico hatch red and green chilies. I had their green chili chicken enchiladas – yummy goodness. Emily had two special order enchiladas with homefries.
